Every great remodel starts with a conversation. When you reach out to us, we’ll schedule a discovery call to learn about your vision, goals, and budget. This helps us make sure your project is a good fit before we come out to your home.
Next, Keith and Mark visit your home to see the space in person. They’ll take measurements, discuss design ideas, and perform a quick room scan. Using that information, our team creates a preliminary floor plan and proposal so you can visualize the project scope and pricing before making any commitments.
Once the proposal is approved, you’ll meet with Nicole, our selections expert, to choose finishes, fixtures, and details that reflect your personal style. From flooring and cabinetry to lighting and paint colors, this is where your vision starts to take shape.
We’re upfront about costs, always. Your proposal includes allowances for items like plumbing fixtures and flooring. If you decide to make a change during the project, we’ll create a change order and review the cost with you before any work is done.

Once your selections are finalized and permits are in place, we get to work. Your project manager, Mark, will be your main point of contact throughout construction. He provides regular updates, answers questions, and keeps everything on schedule.
